Happpppyy Sundayyy!! I hope you all had an amazing week. Cold winter weeks can seem quite lengthy, and honestly, they are just rough sometimes! But don't forget to find joy in each and every day. This week I was thinking about how it was about this time two years ago when I first started my blog. My goodness!! That's absolutely crazy! Today I wanted to have a little reflection sesh with y'all. I will be sharing some of my favorite posts, my thoughts on blogging, and a little bit about what I hope the future holds for Merging Threads.
I find so much happiness thinking about how much I've grown through my blog. I'm so grateful for the joy blogging brings as well as for the relationships that have come out of it. Of course, all of you guys bring me such joy too! As I said earlier, I'm seriously so excited for some up-coming things and changes I will be making to Merging Threads. Be sure to stick around! :)
Since I've been blogging for two years now, I must have a strong opinion on it, right?! Uh yes I do. In case you were wondering, I love it. I find so much joy in creating posts for y'all each week. As some of you may have noticed, my normal "post every Sunday" has changed a bit. With this year being my senior year of high school, I decided to not be so strict with myself and my blogging schedule. That's why you might not see a post on some Sundays. This change was just a way for me to add a bit more balance in my life. This year especially, I want to make sure I take advantage of the chapter of life I'm currently in and really live presently. In other words, I love being a senior in high school. I'm determined to take advantage of every moment of my final semester!!
I will continue to create posts for y'all this year. I have some new ideas that I'm super excited about. I think I want to start sharing some more posts that will directly benefit you guys. Instead of sharing a single outfit, I am going to try to share general ideas and tips that you can apply to your own wardrobes.
As for the future, I'm not quite sure what will happen to Merging Threads. Next year I will be starting a new chapter of my life in a new state, with new people, and adjusting to an entirely new lifestyle. Gah I'm pumped. In all reality, I would love to continue my blog in college, but I'm unsure of what this next step will bring. I'm optimistic that I can make it work. Maybe in some way or another, whether it be on my blog or just on Instagram, Merging Threads will still have a presence.
Revisit some of my favorite posts!
Much love for all my readers!!
Keep being you!
xx, Anne
Keep up with me on Social Media!!
