Happy happy happy Sunday, loves!! My junior year of high school is officially complete (yay!!). It feels a bit crazy to be finished, but boy, do I love it! My first couple days of summer usually involve a closet clean out. If I'm being honest though, it usually just turns into hours of outfit experimenting...oops!! Today I will be sharing a new look that I absolutely adore. It puts the perfect spin on summer layers.
I purchased this denim jumpsuit last year on clearance at Old Navy for six dollars (Can I get a "Say what?!")! I totally forgot I bought it until I started sifting through my closet. Although I love the way this piece fits, this time I tried it on and thought it seemed a little boring. I knew I had to add something to spruce it up, so I put this adorable striped tee underneath it. I love that this combination is kinda unexpected but still totally works. This look is the perfect playful outfit for the summertime. Usually with pants that are flared and cropped, I like to add some height to elongate the look. These shoes were exactly what I was looking for. (Side Note: I think y'all need these shoes in your life too. They literally go with everything... I am not even exaggerating.) To finish off the look, I decided to be bold and add a red lip. A touch of fun makeup adds so much more to the outfit and makes it all the more fun!

I encourage y'all to clean out your closets and experiment with your fashion. I guarantee your pieces can be worn more than one way! Get creative!!
